Lasco Trade Secrets Suit Not Abusive, Judge Says

Law360, New York (November 18, 2009) -- A federal judge has dismissed claims by two former Lasco Foods Inc. employees that the restaurant supplier abused the legal process by filing a trade secrets suit against them in order to harass them and get them to agree to a noncompete covenant.
