Teva Will Appeal Loss In Vigamox Eyecare Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 20, 2009) -- Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., having come out on the losing end in a three-year infringement struggle with Alcon Inc. over a patent related to the anti-bacterial eye drop drug Vigamox, has said it will keep up the fight in an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
