Worldwide Antitrust Probe Of LCD Panels Expands

Law360, New York (December 12, 2006) -- The latest probe into price-fixing in the technology industry has flared into a worldwide investigation, with the European Commission, the United States Department of Justice and the Korean and Japanese Fair Trade Commissions joining forces to scrutinize possible anti-competitive behavior in the market for LCD displays.
