E.U. Delays Electricity-Transmission Cartel Decision

Law360, New York (December 19, 2006) -- The European Commission’s antitrust authority is delaying until January making a decision about a cartel for electricity-transmission technology involving some of the largest multinational firms in Europe and Asia.
