Law360, New York (June 21, 2007) -- Comdata Network Inc. is engaging in anti-competitive behavior in order to secure a monopoly in the U.S. market for trucker fleet cards, according to a putative class action brought by a small gas station chain.
The lawsuit echoes another putative class action filed in March by the owner of an independent truck stop in Pennsylvania....
