ITC Upholds DOC's Anti-Dumping Rules For Resellers

Law360, New York (August 10, 2007) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade ruled Wednesday that the U.S. Department of Commerce was correct to enforce stringent anti-dumping duties against American steel companies, which had argued that its policy was “arbitrary, capricious, and not supported by governing law.”
