J&J Resists Bid To Keep Ortho Evra Docs Secret

Law360, New York (August 13, 2007) -- Johnson & Johnson has fought a bid by plaintiffs to unseal millions of documents that have been produced in connection with the multidistrict product liability litigation over popular birth control patch Ortho Evra, arguing that the public dissemination of the information would prejudice the jury pool and cause “confusion and alarm” among patients.
