Judge Denies RBC's Motion To Dismiss Enron Suit

Law360, New York (August 27, 2007) -- A district court judge has thwarted the efforts of the Royal Bank of Canada to avoid charges stemming from the collapse of Enron Corp., refusing to grant the bank's motion to dismiss the consolidated class action filed by the energy company's shareholders.
