Law360, New York (September 19, 2007) -- Orexigen Therapeutics Inc., Duke University and Eisai Co Ltd. on Wednesday agreed to a settlement that resolves all foreign aspects of a lawsuit related to the use of zonisamide to treat obesity, which had been filed by Orexigen and Duke against Eisai and was settled in the United States at the end of 2006.
