Schneider Sued Over Energy Management Technology

Law360, New York (October 23, 2007) -- An Illinois-based subsidiary of France's Schneider Electric SA has been hit with a lawsuit accusing Schneider of infringing two patents and seeking an injunction that would bar Schneider from offering certain energy management and load prediction services and products.

Phoenix IP LLC filed the lawsuit on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against Schneider Electric Engineering Services LLC and Square D Company....
