Google, Yahoo, AOL Sued Over Search Engine Patents

Law360, New York (November 26, 2007) -- A New York-based patent-holding company is seeking to stall search engine companies Google Inc., Yahoo Inc. and AOL LLC with an infringement suit over Internet indexing and display technology.

Software Rights Archive LLC filed the suit on Nov. 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against the Internet giants as well as Lycos Inc....
