Law360, New York (December 17, 2007) -- Ring Plus Inc. on Sunday asked a judge to disqualify Baker Botts LLP from representing Cingular Wireless LLC in a patent suit over ring-back technology, saying that Baker Botts had improper ex parte contacts with a Ring Plus director.
