Clear Channel Antitrust Case Waits For Wal-Mart

Law360, New York (March 03, 2008) -- Both defendant Clear Channel Communications Inc. and the plaintiffs in the consolidated Live Concert antitrust litigation pending in Los Angeles have asked the court to stay the matter until the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has dealt with petitions in a massive employment discrimination suit against Wal-Mart Inc.
