Cardinal Health Plaintiffs Sent Back To Drawing Board

Law360, New York (March 07, 2008) -- A federal court dealt a setback Wednesday to a competition suit by a group of franchised pharmacies, requiring them to file a more definite complaint against the franchiser and dismissing altogether a joint complaint against the parent company, Cardinal Health.
