Chi Mei, LG Philips LCD Suit Moved To Delaware

Law360, New York (April 03, 2008) -- A federal judge in Texas agreed on Monday to transfer a case between Chi Mei Optoelectronics Corp. and LG Philips LDC Co. Ltd. over various patents regarding liquid crystal displays to Delaware, granting LG Philips' request.
