Chase Medical Comes Up Short In Treble Damages Bid

Law360, New York (April 03, 2008) -- Chase Medical Technologies has fallen slightly short in its bid for treble damages, months after a Texas jury unanimously found in favor of the company in a patent infringement suit over a surgical technique for repairing hearts after a heart attack.
