Law360, New York (April 28, 2008) -- TALX Corp. has reached a deal with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission over the agency's concerns that TALX's acquisition spree in the first half of the decade “substantially lessened competition” in two outsourced data management services markets.
The company, which a year ago became a subsidiary of data management firm Equifax Inc., has settled the FTC's challenge under the Clayton and FTC Acts, the commission announced Monday....
