Calif. Utility Asks FERC To OK Power Corridor

Law360, New York (May 19, 2008) -- In its latest move to build an electric transmission line from an Arizona nuclear plant into California, Southern California Edison has asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to launch proceedings that could ultimately override Arizona regulators' veto of the project.
