Sprint Owes $2.8M For Cell Phone Patents: Jury

Law360, New York (May 20, 2008) -- Intellectual property holding company Enovsys LLC has convinced a jury that Sprint Nextel infringed two patents related to a privacy system used to manage the disclosure of the location of a user's cell phone, resulting in a $2.78 million verdict against the U.S.' third-largest wireless carrier.
