States, Customers Ask FERC To Reopen Edison Probe

Law360, New York (June 20, 2008) -- A U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission probe into an Edison International unit's bidding practices ended in a $9 million settlement last month. Now, officials in several states, public power agencies and consumers groups have asked FERC to reopen the probe.
