Law360, New York (July 10, 2008) -- More than a dozen Botox users and their relatives filed suit Wednesday against drugmaker Allergan Inc., claiming that they had been injured or their relatives killed by the popular cosmetic drug, and that patients had not been adequately warned of the drug's dangers.
