N.J. Court Dismisses Hormone Therapy Lawsuit

Law360, New York (July 14, 2008) -- A New Jersey court has dismissed a product liability lawsuit filed against Wyeth and Pfizer over their hormone replacement therapies, ruling that the warning labels used by the firms were adequate as a matter of law.
