Missouri 'Inspects' Wachovia Offices In ARS Probe

Law360, New York (July 17, 2008) -- Officials of the Missouri Secretary of State's Securities Division and a team of investigators from around the United States on Thursday conducted a special inspection of Wachovia Securities headquarters as part of an investigation of the auction rate securities meltdown.
