Lime Wire Lashes Out At RIAA Liability Theories

Law360, New York (July 21, 2008) -- Internet file-sharing service Lime Wire LLC on Friday argued in a federal court that the judge should dismiss certain claims in the ongoing record company suit against the company, calling the case one part of a “much larger, sustained campaign to suppress innovation.”
