Insider Trading Claim Against Goldman, MFS Trimmed

Law360, New York (August 01, 2008) -- A federal judge in Illinois granted summary judgment Wednesday to Massachusetts Financial Services Co. in a lawsuit stemming from claims of insider trading on 30-year treasury bonds and their derivatives in 2001. The judge granted partial summary judgment to Goldman Sachs & Co. Inc. in the same case.
