TruePosition's $45.3M Verdict Trimmed To $18.6M

Law360, New York (August 04, 2008) -- A federal judge cut a $45.3 million patent infringement award to $18.6 million for TruePosition Inc. and issued a permanent injunction against communication system provider Andrew Corp. in a patent infringement dispute over technology that can help determine the position of a cell phone.
