2 More National Century Execs Sentenced For Fraud

Law360, New York (August 08, 2008) -- Two former executives of National Century Financial Enterprises Inc. — the health care finance company whose collapse in 2002 cost investors $1.9 billion — were sentenced to a total of 15 years in prison Thursday for their roles in a scheme to deceive investors about the financial health of the company, bringing the total number of defendants sentenced in the case to date to four.
