Judge Refuses To Pick Lead Plaintiff In Lehman Case

Law360, New York (September 10, 2008) -- A federal judge has consolidated four putative Employee Retirement Income Security Act class actions against Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., but he has refused to appoint a lead plaintiff and has derided the jockeying among the plaintiffs' attorneys for control of the case.
