CITGO To Pay $13M For La. Oil Spill

Law360, New York (September 18, 2008) -- CITGO Petroleum Corp. has entered a guilty plea and agreed to pay a $13 million fine for discharging oil into two Louisiana rivers in 2006 in violation of the Clean Water Act.
