Harris, DataTreasury Settle Check-Imaging Suit

Law360, New York (September 18, 2008) -- Harris Bankcorp Inc. has become the latest bank to settle claims in DataTreasury Corp.’s ongoing patent infringement suit over check-imaging and other banking technology, bringing the total number of settlements this month to four.
