Damages Kept Alive In Tampa Bay Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (September 22, 2008) -- A Florida appeals court Wednesday sank a putative class action suit by commercial fishermen alleging pollution from Mosaic Fertilizer LLC hurt the fishing industry, but asked the state’s supreme court to weigh in on whether fishermen can claim damages for contamination of the state's waters.
