Judge Trims Citgo Award In Ruptured Pipeline Suit

Law360, New York (October 07, 2008) -- A Texas appeals court has upheld most of an almost $1.5 million jury verdict for Citgo Products Pipeline Co., but cut attorneys' fees and just over $280,000 in damages in a case over a gasoline pipeline ruptured by several companies digging to lay underground fiber-optic cable.
