NJ Meadowlands Commission Cheated Cherokee: Suit

Law360, New York (October 14, 2008) -- Cherokee Investment Partners III has sued the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission for allegedly failing to uphold its end of a complex deal that also involves bankrupt environmental remediator and real estate developer EnCap Golf Holdings LLC.
