Genentech's Rituxan, Others, Under Fire From Sanofi

Law360, New York (October 27, 2008) -- Germany-based pharmaceutical company Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH has sued Genentech Inc. and Biogen Idec Inc. over two patents allegedly infringed by the companies' manufacture and sale of drugs used to treat diseases including cancer, pulmonary embolism and cystic fibrosis.
