Saint-Gobain, NewAge Settle Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 05, 2008) -- Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corp. has asked a court to approve its consent judgment with NewAge Industries Inc. after reaching a settlement with the last of six defendants in its infringement suit over two patents for tubing and connector technology.
