Canada Joins Chocolate MDL To Protect Own Case

Law360, New York (November 21, 2008) -- A federal judge has granted the Canadian government permission to intervene as a defendant in a multidistrict case accusing major chocolate makers of conspiring to fix prices in the U.S. in order to protect the confidentiality of Canada's competition authorities' investigation of the companies.
