Midwest Generation To Pay $16.1M For '01 Lockout

Law360, New York (November 24, 2008) -- Electricity producer Midwest Generation EME LLC will pay $16.1 million to settle a labor dispute arising from a 2001 lockout that took place during negotiations with the union representing the company's electrical workers, federal authorities have announced.
