Latest DOE Bechtel Citation Could Yield $385K Fine

Law360, New York (December 04, 2008) -- The U.S. Department of Energy has cited a subsidiary of contractor Bechtel Corp. for violations of nuclear safety regulations that could lead to $385,000 in fines for the engineering and construction company in connection with a waste treatment plant it is building in Washington state.
