Court Keeps 3 Claims Alive In Firestone Tire Suit

Law360, New York (December 09, 2008) -- A federal judge has agreed to toss two warranty claims, but will keep in play three other counts for strict liability and negligence in a suit that accuses Bridgestone/Firestone Inc. of manufacturing a faulty tire that caused a fatal car accident.
