Defendants To Pay $29M In Mass. Superfund Cleanup

Law360, New York (December 09, 2008) -- Bank of America NA, ConocoPhillips Co., Chevron Environmental Management Co. and several other companies have agreed to pay $29 million to clean up a former Massachusetts landfill contaminated with chemical and radioactive waste.
