Orchid Counters Roche Claims In Boniva Patent Suit

Law360, New York (December 16, 2008) -- Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and its Orgenus Pharma Inc. subsidiary have fired back at Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. in an infringement suit over a patent for Roche's blockbuster osteoporosis drug Boniva Once-Monthly, seeking declaratory judgment of invalidity and noninfringement.
