No Class Cert. In Water Supply Suits Against DuPont

Law360, New York (December 29, 2008) -- A judge has denied class certification to the plaintiffs in two lawsuits filed against DuPont Co. over the release of a potentially hazardous substance into a New Jersey county’s water supply, but has offered the plaintiffs a chance to submit further briefings and file an amended request.
