Patent In Rubber Glove Case Invalid: ITC

Law360, New York (December 29, 2008) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has found that a patent held by Tillotson Corp., a maker of rubber gloves used by medical professionals, is invalid, a defeat for the company in a case in which it accused dozens of rival glove companies of infringement.
