Law360, New York (January 08, 2009) -- Two months after a jury found that Emptoris Inc. infringed two patents held by Ariba Inc. for electronic auction technology, the judge in the case has awarded Ariba a total of $6.6 million and issued an injunction barring Emptoris from selling the allegedly infringing software.
