Law360, New York (January 12, 2009) -- Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH has sued Novo Nordisk Inc. over a safety needle for insulin injection, three days after the diabetes treatment manufacturer hit the pharmaceutical giant with its own declaratory action related to the same patent.
