IBM, Atmel Cut From Number Generator Patent Suit

Law360, New York (January 16, 2009) -- Atmel Corp. and IBM Corp. have been dismissed from a lawsuit brought by Quantum World Corp. over two patents for a random number generator system that are allegedly infringed by several ThinkPad computer models.
