Retail Giants Sued Over Customized Web Pages

Law360, New York (January 23, 2009) -- A patent-holding company has sued a slew of retailers, including Blockbuster Inc. and Toys “R” Us Inc., accusing them of infringing a patent for tracking consumer preferences over the Internet and delivering personalized Web pages to potential customers.
