Law360, New York (February 04, 2009) -- An E.ON AG subsidiary has agreed to install about $135 million worth of pollution controls, pay a $1.4 million fine and spend $3 million on environmentally beneficial projects to settle charges that a coal-fired electrical generating unit in Mercer County, Ky., violated the Clean Air Act's new source review requirements.
