Law360, New York (February 09, 2009) -- Newly elected Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray has voluntarily dismissed a lawsuit lodged by his predecessor that accused nearly a dozen lead paint manufacturers and distributors of creating a public nuisance by spreading lead paint around the state.
