Comcast Fails In Challenge To Antitrust Ruling

Law360, New York (February 18, 2009) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has rejected Comcast Cablevision’s challenge to a ruling handed down by a Florida district court, which refused to grant the technology company judgment as a matter of law in a case involving alleged anti-competitive behavior in the Marco Island, Fla., marketplace.
